Torkil Mogstad has held the position as CEO of Ampwell. He has held a number of international executive roles and has broad experience from energy markets within the areas of portfolio management and market analysis, focusing on strategy, technology and business development.
Torkil is a director of several boards of international technology companies, in a broad range of sectors. He is currently Executive Vice President at Arendals Fossekompani. Previous experience includes aerospace R&D and management consulting. Torkil holds a M.Sc. in Nuclear Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management BI.

Magnus Johansen has held the position as VP Business Development in Ampwell. He has broad experience from different industries, focusing on strategy, business development, and M&A. He has a particular experience from innovation strategy and data science, in everything from corporate venture initiatives to large international companies. Magnus is currently Business Developer at Arendals Fossekompani, and has worked several years in management consulting. He holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Anatol Lemke has held the position of Enterprise Architect at Ampwell. He gained his experience about the energy business by implementing trading & optimization systems up to his role of Head of Trading Technology. Developing and implementing strategies as well as being the interface between IT and business are part of his repertoire, together with a deep understanding of technology. He has worked in startups as well as large companies, both as a consultant and an employee. Anatol studied computer science in Berlin and before joining the energy industry, he was active in the TV and broadcast business.
